Terms, Conditions, and Policies
To become a member of the Come Visit Network (to be hereafter called CVN),
or to continue an existing membership in the CVN, all members and
prospective members must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Any
member that can not agree to these terms should cancel their membership
with the network immediately. Any member found in violation of these terms
and conditions will be banned from the CVN. Members that are banned from
the network will not receive any more exposure or impressions on the
network regardless of how many credits they have accumulated.
CVN reserves the right to ban any member at any time at it's sole
discretion in order to maintain the best possible service to the majority
of it's members and advertisers. Possible reasons for a member to be
banned include, but are not limited to:
- Members who's site contains any adult material, nudity, warez material,
illegal information, hacker information, hate group information or links to
any such sites.
- Members who place CVN banners on pages that automatically reload.
- Members that place CVN banners in a frame that hide the banners from view
or on pages that are not accessible by the general public.
- Members who tamper with their assigned CVN banner code in any way or
place the banner on their site in such a way that the majority of their
visitors do not see it.
- Members that attempt to steal banner impressions through improper use of their banner code, or any other way.
